CTI Self-Assessment Analysis
While comparing and contrasting my initial CSTP and Final CSTP some areas of strength are engaging students, creating and maintaing effective enviroments, and assessing students. I think I have opportunities for continuous improvement in the areas of UDL. I am surprised by how much I have learned and grown as an educator.
